Delete your account
- In the TokaID app: open Personal Center → Account → Account Management, tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page, and follow the prompts to verify your identity and confirm.
- If you can no longer sign in: email the address above from the address on your account and state that you want your TokaID account deleted.
- Once you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period and becomes read-only; during that time you can sign in and cancel the deletion. When the period ends, your account and related data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
